It comes from TelTech Systems, a company with decades in patient communication for independent practices. Every after-hours call gets answered, routine requests get resolved on the spot, and the on-call provider only hears about calls that need clinical judgment.
The AI system was custom developed by Webisserie from the ground up. That includes the voice layer that answers the call, the triage logic that works out what the caller needs, and the escalation rules that reach a provider only when clinical judgment is required. Every call is transcribed, summarized, and fed into a knowledge base specific to that practice, alongside a custom web platform where practices manage their account, on-call coverage, and call activity.
